Order & Delivery

All prices on the website are displayed by default. including 25% VAT.At checkout, you will see a clear breakdown where the VAT is specified separately.

Yes. If factors beyond our control — such as currency fluctuations, increased purchasing or manufacturing costs, or changes in VAT — make it necessary, we may adjust our prices. Orders with obviously incorrect pricing may be canceled.

Available payment methods (such as card payment, Swish, invoice, or installment plans) are displayed at checkout. Terms, fees, and any credit checks are governed by the payment service you choose.

  • Items in stock: are normally shipped within 1–2 business days..

  • Special orders: may take longer — we will inform you of any extended delivery time.

We ship with PostNord. Once the package has been handed over, PostNord assumes responsibility for the delivery time. However, if a shipment appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.

You will receive an email or SMS with a PostNord tracking link once your order has been shipped. The link will show the current status until the package has been collected.

Please contact us immediately (by phone or email) before your order has been shipped, and we will do our best to update the address. If the package has already left our warehouse, any forwarding request must be handled by PostNord.

Unclaimed packages are returned to us. at your own risk and expense.If you still want the item, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the package.

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

According to distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to cancel your purchase. Please notify us via kontakt@skarvjakt.se and you will receive return instructions.

In the case of a canceled purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the item securely packaged to:

We issue refunds no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Send an email to kontakt@skarvjakt.se (preferably with photos) within a reasonable time. We will send the correct or replacement product at no extra cost as soon as we have received the incorrect or defective item.

All products are sold with a full warranty in accordance with applicable legislation.Please contact us if an issue arises, and we will help you further.

Follow the same steps as for a return, but specify in your email which product you would like to exchange it for. Any price or shipping difference will be charged or refunded before the exchange is completed.

If, against all odds, we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes). We always comply with the decisions of Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
